How to uninstall PDFLoom
PDFLoom installs like any other Windows program, through its own installer. Removing it takes about a minute, either from Settings or from the uninstaller it leaves in its install folder.
- Close PDFLoom. Close its window. It does not run in the background.
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps. On older Windows, use Control Panel → Programs and Features instead.
- Find PDFLoom in the list, then choose Uninstall. Confirm the prompt that follows.
- That's it. This removes the program files, the Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts, and its registry entries.
- Optional: delete your results. Your converted files are in Documents\PDFLoom and are not removed by the uninstaller. Keep or delete them as you like.
Alternative: open the Start Menu, find the PDFLoom folder, and choose Uninstall PDFLoom — or run uninstall.exe directly from Program Files\PDFLoom.
What PDFLoom never adds
No services, scheduled tasks, startup entries, browser extensions, or search/homepage changes. The installer only writes to Program Files, the Start Menu, your Desktop, and Documents\PDFLoom for your converted files.
